Lisa Harney, a graduate of University of Galway with an honours degree in Commerce, Lisa joined the family firm in April 2014, following the successful completion of her qualification with Chartered Accountants Ireland. As a trusted advisor, she works closely with clients to provide strategic financial guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.
Lisa is a strong advocate for leveraging technology to improve efficiencies for both clients and staff, ensuring smooth and effective processes.

David Ryan FCA - Partner
David, a graduate of Dublin City University with a Bachelor of Arts and Accounting & Finance, joined the firm in 2014 and was made Partner in 2025.
David is the Firm’s most recent Partner, specialising in Audit and brings nearly two decades of experience to the firm. With a broad range of expertise in the audit process, David has developed a deep insight into various industries, with a particular focus on the Not-for-Profit sector, including State and Semi-State Bodies.
Known for his proactive approach, David works closely with clients to ensure the highest levels of accountability and compliance are maintained. His thorough understanding of complex regulatory environments enables him to offer strategic guidance, helping audited entities uphold their reputation and requirements for transparency and financial integrity.

Tony Harney FCA- Partner
Founded by Tony Harney in 1985, the firm has proudly remained a trusted and successful business in Carlow for over 40 years. As a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member of the Institute of Taxation Ireland, a Qualified Financial Advisor, and holding a Degree in Business from the University of Galway and a Diploma in Insolvency from the Law Society, Tony brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every client interaction.
